void

No one knows what tomorrow brings. We spend so much time thinking about what has already happened and what could happen and we miss what is happening. This moment is here for a split second in time. Our lives are made up of one second after another. Each second is just as important as the one that came before it and the one that will follow.

How many moments are ruled by detachment? How much energy is wasted on worry?

What is worry anyway, other than a trick of the mind? We worry so much that it has become a hobby. It has become a habit to fill a void.

The void we are attempting to fill has a very special, and essential, purpose. It is a hibernation space for dreams and hopes. It is a pocket of potential creation. It is the part of your mind where possibilities are hatched.

The issue is that we are trying to satisfy this void by filling it with the wrong things.

Imagine if you could take the energy you use for worry and pour it into your dreams. Imagine if instead of trying to control the “if onlys” and “what ifs” you could nurture the “whens” and “I wills”.

We have infinite potential, but our attention is out of focus.

Spending precious energy concerned with events that are out of control is a waste of a very precious gift. We have no problems imagining the worst things that could happen, yet we find endless difficulty manifesting the best outcomes.

Realise, right now, that your attention dictates your direction, and your direction guides your focus. Get clear on what you want, and believe in the process. What you believe, you will create.

It’s time to choose the experience you desire.
